Return & Refund Policy
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal hygiene products
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or personalized items
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account and visit the Orders section
- Select the item you wish to return
- Choose your return reason
- Print the return shipping label
- Package the item securely with all components
- Drop off the package at the specified carrier
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2 business days
- You will receive an email confirming the refund
- Refund will be processed to original payment method
- Credit card refunds take 5-7 business days to appear
- Store credit is issued immediately
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item:
- Document the damage with photos
- Contact customer service within 48 hours
- We will arrange return shipping at our expense
- Replacement or refund will be processed promptly
